The DORS DR-500 Money Strapping Machine is designed for automatic binding of banknote bundles, securities, and documents using one cross binding stripe. It is suitable for banks, cash centers, financial institutions, exchange companies, supermarkets, and secure cash processing offices.
Fast 2-Second Banding Cycle
The DR-500 is listed with a minimum bundle strapping time of approximately 2 seconds for 100 banknotes, helping operators process banknote bundles quickly during cash counting, sorting, and packing operations.
Automatic and Manual Operating Modes
The machine supports both automatic and manual operating modes, giving operators flexibility depending on the bundling workflow. It uses a red 4-digit LED display and includes adjustable parameters such as loop size, tightening force, sealing temperature, and banknote bundle holding time.
