The Dahle 404P Cross-Cut Paper Shredder is a professional deskside document shredder designed for secure and efficient destruction of sensitive office documents. With P-4 security, 4 × 35 mm particle-cut shredding, and a high capacity of up to 21 sheets of 80 gsm paper, it is designed for demanding office document shredding.
P-4 Secure Particle-Cut Shredding
The Dahle 404P shreds paper both vertically and horizontally into 4 × 35 mm particles. Its P-4 security level is suitable for destroying documents containing personal data, including names, addresses and email addresses.
High 19–21 Sheet Capacity
The manual paper feeder can process 19–21 sheets of 80 gsm paper in a single load. Its 240 mm entry width provides convenient feeding for standard office documents.
40-Litre Pull-Out Waste Container
A 40-litre waste collection container provides ample capacity for shredded documents. The inspection window acts as an optical waste-level indicator, allowing you to monitor the container before emptying.
Oil-Free & Maintenance-Free Operation
The Dahle 404P features oil- and maintenance-free operation, eliminating the need for regular lubrication of the cutting rollers. Its MHP® Matrix High-Performance cutting rollers are made from high-quality compound steel and come with a 35-year guarantee.
Automatic Start, Stop & Paper Reverse
An integrated light barrier provides automatic start and stop operation when documents are inserted. The automatic paper reverse function helps clear excess paper, while convenient manual reversing provides additional control when required.
Securely Shreds Multiple Materials
In addition to paper, the Dahle 404P can shred CDs, DVDs, cards and paper clips. The specified security levels are P-4 / F-1 / O-3 / T-4 / E-3.
Powerful & Quiet Office Performance
